After we receive your intake form, we will schedule a 15 minute call to hear more about your home, your goals, and the ideas you'd like to bring to life.

On-site walkthrough (approximately 90-120 minutes)
Interior and exterior recommendations tailored to your home and lifestyle
Guidance on what to update now vs. later
Suggestions for layout, furnishings, and finishes that improve comfort, function, and style
By the end of this session, you'll have a clear, prioritized plan — so you know exactly where to focus your time and budget to improve how your home looks, feels, and functions

Investment: $395 + HST
