Difference in a Day was created by Marcia Boyce, a real estate investor and home transformation specialist with over a decade of hands-on experience bringing out the best in properties. Through her work with Boyce Properties — buying, renovating, and selling homes — Marcia developed a unique blend of practical knowledge, strategic design insight, and a deep understanding of what truly elevates a home’s value.

While many designers focus solely on aesthetics, Marcia's approach is grounded in the practical knowledge of how every decision impacts a property’s market appeal, functionality, and long-term return. Her perspective was shaped in the field: spending countless hours walking through homes, analyzing what catches the buyer’s attention, what triggers hesitation, and seeing firsthand which improvements generate the strongest return.
